What makes Copper Lion special?
A Year of Recipe Development
As whisky drinkers, we were determined to design a gin with the balance, complexity and texture to be drunk on its own. With her scientific background and obsessive attention to detail, our distiller Minnie spent a year perfecting and fine-tuning the recipe on a small 5L still in her kitchen. The result is something we are very proud of and we believe the quality speaks for itself.
Small Batch Production
Each batch of our Copper Lion Dry Gin is crafted with ultimate care by Minnie in the heart of the Cotswolds. We make a very limited number of bottles at a time and each batch is carefully assessed for quality before bottling.

Sustainability
Sustainability is very important to us and this is reflected in our packaging choices. There is no plastic in our packaging: the label is unlaminated, the adhesive gum is biodegradable and the tamper-proof shrink is home compostable cellulose. The cork is natural with a wooden top and our glass bottles are manufactured locally within the UK. We work with similarly minded suppliers and build relationships with them so we can understand our supply chain. Our botanicals are all sourced from suppliers with Sedex approval who can assure us of ethical practice and worker welfare. We also plan to have more of a positive impact as we grow as a business.
